The Windsor is fabulous. The ballroom is beautiful and many of the amenities are included in the package. The banquet staff, under the direction of Amber Maitre D, Marta; outstanding set-up staff and of course, Maria Alvarez, Catering Sales Director were all extremely accommodating, friendly and kind. Matthew, Front Desk Manager was also very helpful. My 50th wedding anniversary party went off without a hitch. Our 155 guests were impressed with the staff and accommodations. I highly recommend this venue. Their packages are priced slightly and they provide high quality services.

Everything about our day from start to finish was truly magical. I was treated with the utmost care & attention to detail, as any other bride-to-be would. Amber & her team for the day were absolutely WONDERFUL. From checking on both myself & the groom/groomsmen throughout the morning, until it was go time — no detail was left untouched. Everything was set into place, which made the easiest transition for when it came time for the ceremony to just take a deep breath and enjoy the day. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend, and if I could turn back time and relive the day one more time, I 100 percent would!
If I can give this venue a 10/10 I would hands down! From the moment of our tour to the moment the wedding night ended, Maria and Amber were there right in plain sight if my husband or I needed ANYTHING! I am still in complete AWE on how our wedding day turned out and we have Maria and Amber to thank! The food was immaculate, the vibes were off the chart and the ambiance was something I will never be able to get over! Only 4 days since our wedding has passed and we’re already looking forward to having another event at the Windsor Ballroom!
Such a beautiful venue and our coordinator Amber was exactly what we needed to get through the day. Everyone at the venue/hotel was great! So glad we chose this venue. The food was delicious and the recent renovations were the icing on the cake. Oh, and the cake from Palermos Bakery was also very delicious.
